All quotes are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, access, scope changes, or additional work requested.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to provide site access may result in a call-out or cancellation fee.

4. Access & Safety

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the site or property. We reserve the right to refuse or delay services where unsafe conditions are present.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be advised at the time of booking or invoicing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in delivering our services. CAD Cleaning & Maintenance is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

7. Changes to Terms
